I started this venture sort of on a whim in 2018. I dove deep into the world of fly tying and loved everything about it. I was able to express creativity to the world of fishing jigs, all while making nods to classic fly patterns of the past. There was something addictive about crafting something on my vise and going out to fool fish with it. Aaron’s Custom Tying was created to bring these “new” baits to fisherman nationwide. 5 years later, that intent is strong as ever and I truly enjoy hearing back from my customers after a successful day on the water. It motivates me to keep producing the highest quality jig I can, as well as keeping my mind open to new ideas to bring to the marketplace!
